Hahaha... today is the first day of my first step into getting myself fit. Started the day early today with the SDII formula and had the fibre pills to go along.Arrived at IOI mall at almost 10am and checked the place.
Intriguing enough... there was a class going on in the cycling studio... wah la wei 95% are women... how lar not many male... I guess the males are into weight lifting instead.
Met the head trainer there by the name of Audrey and she showed me around.
Before that , got myself the FF id done, so the next time it would be easy for me.
Audrey got me going by introducing the bikes first to me..
As it was my first work out for years, mentally i was ready... but my knees had other ideas.... Back in the ole days in school, i always had problems with my left knee. So when on the bikes, my knees where knocking at it caused discomfort.... so we decided to check the treadmill instead. On the treadmill, i was on it for 5 minutes and i was sweating like a pig in a swimming pool. That shows how unfit i was. I kept on sweating profusely... Then i decided to try the cross trainers.... hahaha... i only lasted for 30seconds before my aching tendons said..."please stop....please-please-please" . So that was the end of day 1: Introduction to Hell . I never stopped sweating till about 1 and half hour later... a good sign that the metabolics are working overtime... Just wonder how it will be if i was on the treadmill for at least 30 minutes huh? Be sweating buckets!
Audrey also informed me of the changes in the Lose Big Programme schedule. Since a team pulled out therefore they are pushing forward the start for IOI mall to Monday 22nd of March. There is gonna be 6 participants in this group and i am the only male. Not only the only male, but the biggest too....
Current weight is 160kgs.... so let us all hope i could lose 60kgs and reach my target of 100kgs at the end of this programme.
